    4. Client Responsibilities

    Clients are expected to:

    • Provide accurate and timely information needed to complete the project
    • Supply access to hosting, domain, or third-party tools when required
    • Make payments according to agreed schedules
    • Review deliverables promptly and provide feedback within a reasonable time

    Delays due to unresponsiveness or missing input may impact timelines and final costs.

    5. Payments & Refunds

    • All pricing and payment terms are agreed upon before work begins.
    • Payments can be made through approved methods such as bank transfer, PayPal, Razorpay, etc.
    • Work begins once the initial agreed payment or milestone is cleared.
    • Refunds are not guaranteed unless stated in the agreement and will be assessed case-by-case, depending on the stage of work.

    6. Intellectual Property

    Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

    • Clients retain ownership of any original content, branding, and data they provide.
    • WPFibers retains ownership of the development process, custom code, or frameworks unless transferred upon full payment.
    • Upon project completion and full payment, the client will have full rights to use the final deliverables for their intended purposes.

    7. Confidentiality

    Both parties agree to keep any non-public information shared during the engagement confidential. This includes business strategies, credentials, and any proprietary materials.

    8. Limitation of Liability

    WPFibers shall not be held liable for:

    • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
    • Loss of profits or data
    • Issues arising from third-party services or plugins
    • Delays caused by factors beyond our control (e.g. hosting downtime, 3rd-party API changes, etc.)

    Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service that caused the issue.

    9. Termination

    Either party may terminate the agreement with reasonable notice if the other party breaches the terms. In such cases:

    • Work completed up to the termination point will be billed
    • Any advance payments may be adjusted against deliverables provided

    10. Modifications

    We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

    10. Governing Law

    These Terms shall be governed and interpreted according to the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be resolved in the jurisdiction of Gujarat, India.
